This library has gone through considerable changes since version 1.0.

Library is now known as DGui
New controls - multi-line textbox, grid array
Introduction of DGuiManager item for input and focus control
Scrollbar for listbox now has mouse-controlled scroll
Scroll indicator sizes/positions properly when adding/removing items
Text selection for single-line textbox
Clipping and control hierarchy works correctly
Many minor bug fixes, appearance tweaks, and code cleanup

Some notes:

* The code will look for "Miramonte" and "Miramonte Bold" sprite fonts using a ContentManager. These fonts are from the XNA Redistributable Font Pack: [url:http://creators.xna.com/Headlines/utilities/archive/2007/01/01/Redistributable-Font-Pack.aspx]
